What We Do

  • Your service technician will walk through your house inspecting your plumbing system and tighten any loose faucet handles, packing nuts or other minor repair during the inspection process.
  • Each emergency shut-off under the sinks, toilets, water heater and main water shut-off will be tested to insure that they will operate in case of an emergency.
  • Gas connectors will be inspected visually, as well as any exposed piping.
  • You will be shown where your emergency water shut-off valve is located along with emergency gas shut off.
  • This will also be noted on a diagram of your house that can be posted where all of your family members can see it in case of emergency.
